Hiring Boat ("Platform") is a recruitment and job portal operated by Nationwide Consultancy ("Company"). By accessing, registering, or using Hiring Boat, candidates, employers, recruiters and visitors agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Candidate Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work under applicable laws.

2. Account Registration

Candidates must provide accurate, complete, and updated information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

3. Profile and Resume Information

All information submitted must be truthful and accurate. Uploading false, misleading, offensive, unlawful, copyrighted, or fraudulent content is prohibited.

4. Job Applications

Hiring Boat provides a platform to connect candidates and employers. Hiring Boat does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, salary levels, or hiring outcomes.

5. Platform Usage Rules

Candidates must not create fake accounts, submit false information, spam employers, misuse communication tools, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, or disrupt platform operations.

6. Fraud Prevention

Candidates should never share passwords, OTPs, banking information, or make payments to unknown parties. Hiring Boat is not responsible for losses arising from fraudulent activities conducted by third parties.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

Hiring Boat reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform policies or engage in misuse, fraud, or unlawful activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hiring Boat is not responsible for employment decisions, employer conduct, interview outcomes, salary disputes, or any losses arising from recruitment activities.

Employer Terms & Conditions

1. Employer Eligibility

Employers must be legally registered businesses, organizations, or authorized recruiters and must provide accurate company information.

2. Account Responsibility

Employers are responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts and for maintaining account confidentiality.

3. Job Posting Guidelines

Job postings must be genuine, lawful, non-discriminatory, and accurate. Fake jobs, misleading advertisements, or unlawful requirements are strictly prohibited.

4. Use of Candidate Data

Candidate information may only be used for legitimate recruitment purposes. Sharing, selling, marketing, downloading in bulk, or unauthorized distribution of candidate data is prohibited.

5. Employer Obligations

Employers are solely responsible for interviews, hiring decisions, offers, employment contracts, workplace conduct, and compliance with applicable labor laws.

6. Future Paid Services

Hiring Boat currently provides services free of charge. The platform reserves the right to introduce paid services, subscriptions, premium features, or recruitment solutions in the future.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

Hiring Boat may suspend or terminate employer accounts for misuse, fraud, policy violations, unlawful conduct, or abuse of platform resources.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hiring Boat is not liable for candidate performance, employment outcomes, hiring decisions, business losses, or disputes between employers and candidates.

General Terms

Platform Disclaimer

Hiring Boat acts solely as an intermediary platform connecting job seekers and employers. Hiring Boat is not a party to any employment agreement or recruitment arrangement.

Intellectual Property

The Hiring Boat website, branding, logo, content, software, and design elements are the intellectual property of Nationwide Consultancy and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Amendments

Hiring Boat may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chandigarh, India.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
